We’ve developed this big brake conversion kit for many applications, our adapter brackets and disc bells have been CNC machined then hard anodised all in the UK. We use AP racing rotors which are available bolted or floating, AP Racing disc to bell bolts and the competition series uses the Pro 5000 R range of calipers which are a forged 2 piece aluminium caliper with superior rigidity and the larger 280-330mm units come with stainless steel pistons and wear plates. On Mercedes applications this will loose the rear drum and shoe setup and will need replacing with a hydraulic handbrake.
The kit includes a pair of built 2 piece discs with aluminium bells, a pair of calipers, adapters, brake hoses and a set of Ferodo DS2500 pads for the road setup or DS3000 pads for the competition range
