Performance camshafts for all Mercedes with the M111 Kompressor

Our Mercedes camshaft range extends to most Mercedes engines. M100 (6.3 and 6.9), M102 8v, M102 16v, M103, M104, M111, M112, M113, M117, M119, and M272 are currently all available in various formats, cast, billet or reground if neither are available.

Track and race have ratings designed to work with higher specification NA engine builds. These will require a valve spring upgrade. If you know the specifications you need, send us a message. If not let us know engine details and we will choose the best suited kit.

OEM Camshaft

The OEM camshaft is configured to be a compromise between idle smoothness, fuel efficiency and overall power band. This compromise is at the sacrifice of performance and gains are to be had in the higher rpm range from a performance camshaft. The stage one still idles fairly well and doesn’t lose a huge amount of low down torque, the stage 2 will idle slightly rougher, and gain more top end in exchange for some performance at the lower rpm range. Both camshafts are road going performance camshafts.

These are chilled cast units CNC machined with profiles we’ve developed to create a bolt in kit achieving a large increase in lift and duration extracting maximum horsepower from the engine whilst keeping fitment simple, not requiring the use of upgraded valve springs.

The fuel and ignition will need reconfiguring to achieve the best from this setup, but gains are to be had without this. Custom, turbo specific and competition profiles are available for an additional fee.

We recommend all components that come into contact with the camshaft are replaced to prevent premature wear. We can offer to coat the camshafts with an additional low friction coating which improves surface hardness and reduces friction in the valvetrain through improving efficiency. Please note this will increase lead time.
